Changes to our Postage and Handling Processes

In one way or another, the pandemic has negatively impacted many businesses and households across the country. For Koda Moss, the impact has been felt most on our ability to harvest and process orders in their final stages of fulfilment.

The newest change affects our postage and handling processes which we think will improve our workflow and the overall experience for everybody.

  1. Courier and Free Courier orders will be processed on Monday to be despatched Tuesday.
    1. 9am AEST Monday is the cut-off time for your order to be sent out for that cycle.
      1. For example, if you place an order on a Wednesday, it will leave the warehouse the Following Tuesday.

    1. Priority Dispatch will be offered at checkout for those who need their order ASAP.
      1. We will do our best to process these orders immediately.
      2. If you have any special delivery requirements or requests, contact us before placing an order and we will be able to customise your shipping requirements within your order on the backend.

    We're hoping that in doing this, we will be able to focus on other equally pressing processes within Koda Moss, making it a better experience for all!

    We're ever striving to make improvements so we appreciate feedback in any form and encourage it.
