Premium Fern Moss

Thuidium sp. also known as Fern Moss, Sheet Moss or Carpet Moss, is an airy, carpet forming moss that grows laterally when on land but vertically when completely submerged in water.

The most versatile and economical option when working with Terrarium, Paludarium and Aquarium builds, one piece of this moss is deceivingly expansive and modular. Tearing or using scissors to cut this moss in pieces poses no risks to the health of the plant and is advised if you want to make sure you fit out your tank or terrarium glass perfectly.

Fern Moss is completely submergible in the right conditions and will flourish in an aquatic setting. (Aquarium guide coming soon)

Richness/shade of colour and density/thickness varies throughout the seasons. The moss will grow and turn green inside a terrarium that get's ample airflow and bright white light (not sun!)
