Shipping Policy

When Will My Order Ship?

We dispatch 1–2 times per week depending on order volume. Parcels typically leave on Mondays and Wednesdays, but dispatch days may vary. You’ll receive:

• An order confirmation when we accept your order
• A shipping notification with tracking once your parcel is on its way

Domestic Shipping Rates

We use both Australia Post and Sendle. We select the most efficient and cost-effective service for your location. If you prefer a specific carrier, please mention it at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $10.00 (2–7 business days)
• Flat Rate Express Shipping: $13.00 (1–3 business days)
• Free Shipping: Orders $100+

Note: Due to agricultural restrictions, we cannot ship plants to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory. Non-plant items can still be shipped to those states.

Local Pickup

Free click and collect is available from Kennards Storage Hawthorn, VIC 3122. Once your order is packed, we’ll email you with pickup instructions.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us with your name and order number and we’ll look into it.

P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via Australia Post.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition (return postage not included).
• If your order arrives damaged, email orders@kodamoss.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
