Return Policy

We will always do our best to accommodate and work with each individuals needs and requirements on any return/refund claim. Kodamoss reserves the right to replace, repair or exchange goods where appropriate.

However, we will issue refund if the goods

  • Are defective/faulty/damaged upon arrival
  • Do not function how the customer was led to believe they would
  • Do not match the description the customer received at the time of purchase

A refund will not be issued if:

  • Proof of purchase is not provided 
  • Goods have been used
  • Customers know of any defects at time of purchase (eg; Display models etc)
  • Original packaging and accompanying accessories/tools are damaged or misplaced
